beautiful melodies . For example, almost all his songs with Gulzar - be it
'70s or '80s - were very melodious. R.D.Burman himself stated that he
preferred doing soft melodies and classical to cabarets, but his image of
being "trendy MD" prevented him from getting too many melodious or
classical projects. But those who have listened to many R.D.Burman songs
know that RD could do classicals and melodies better than anyone else.

melodious songs you will ever hear. Listen to the 3 Lata solos - "Aaja
Piya", " O More Sajna" and "Kya Janoo Sajan"(I think Rkfstudios has
uploaded some of them). These 3 songs were the unbeatable ones IMO, but
some other songs like "Chunri Shambhal Gori" are also great and hits.
Asha-Rajesh looked superb and innocent in the song clips. It's a pity that
Nasir Hussain and R.D.Burman never did films like this again.
