THIS SONG
apoorva bhatt on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 " OONCHE LOG " had only one song of Rafi saab - Jaag dile diwana - Feroz
khan - Chitragupt - 1965. In above song, the word " oonchi haveli " in the
2nd stanza is taken by the writer. The song recording technology of 1955 &
1965 will make the things clear. In 1965 - oonche log - English saxophone
and bongo are heard in music. Hence, above song is from 1955 - oonchi
Haveli - where only old Harmonium, 4 - 5 violins and Dholak as percussion
is used in a hissing gramophone record. Thanks
jamshed jeejabhoy on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 Rafi saheb is khooda's den. No one will ever match voice and his way of
singing. He is immortal in our minds. Khooda hafiz

Vilas Datar on Thursday, September 24, 2015 Lyrics are forceful and realistic in bringing forth the reality of the vide
gap between the have and have nots, in the enchanting voice of great Md.
Rafisab, with minimal musical/instruments support.
