Rafi Saab and Lata Mageshkar without doubt the best duet team - Simply
Superb. Opening by Rafi saab - out standing so smooth and silky.

Nalini Bhat on Sunday, January 16, 2011
GREAT SONG!

Rmehtacpa on Saturday, January 22, 2011
Rafi managed to SINK his voice with orchstra and single individual
instrument so totally that it can only be said to be GOD's gift. Listen
attentively @0.53 his delivery of the word "Diwaannaaaa". By the time the
word ends with "naaaa" it is totally sycnronized with the tune of PIANO and
the key of it that is being pressed to stop and pause momentarily at that
juncture.

MRafisahabgems on Wednesday, February 09, 2011

Dharmendra was so handsome.I think he stareted his career by this
film.Nobody knew that he is going to attain such heights as he did.

What a dream voice! Full of commitment, command, love, peace, tranquillity,
sedition, pleasure, hope, and comfort all these qualities when gets
combined with compositions and lyrics then miracle creates, Woh. I love it.
What a poetry and as icing on the cake, an immortal duet. He was absolutely
a great singer. No one could ever reach to his heights. A Unique
personality; this is probably the first super hit song of Khayam as an
independent composer. This is my all time favourite.(23 July 2011)

The Flame and Dew: Part (I)
Man :We shall end up winning this game somehow;
Leave not the game unfinished.
Bond of love, bond of life, let not the bond of life break off;
Let's go to where the sky and the earth meet;
You for me and I for you, let's spurn this world;
Let's build our heart's paradise far away;
That the world would not rob;
Bond of love, bond of life, let not bond of life break off;
Woman: Let not bond of love break off;
Man: Bliss of meeting, that pain of separation;

orientlover1 on Thursday, February 02, 2012
Part (II).
Woman: May these irritants come to an end;
You may not be you and I may not be what I am;
Man : Let's get lost into each other;
Woman: I may not leave you alone for a moment;
Man: You may not turn away from me for a moment;
Both: Bond of love, bond of life, let not the bond of life break off;
Let not the bond of love break off.
Ends.
