were indeed preferred by him), this song (and several other similar
compositions) show that he was equally comfortable with western
instruments. A true maestro! Rajendra Krishan’s lyrics are wonderful as
always. And Mohd. Rafi does the rest! His magical voice adds the required
energy and romance, and not much is left to do for Rajendra Kumar, who did
a nice job on screen after all.
