I love all songs from Refugee. Their songs are very different, but are both amazing works. Honestly, I don't think it's fair to compare music directors because their styles and type of songs are much different. But, if we're talking about dil se, i rank it beside Refugee. It's a matter of taste. All of them are great in their own ways
