They should make an exact remake of this movie, with like everything,
aimilar scenes, and same script, but with different people, Amrapali as
either Madhuri Dixit or Aishwarya Rai. It would be nice with the new
quality and sound.

What a wonderful song this is! deep sense lyrics, such a melodious voice, a
marvelous dance and a stunning Indian beauty and her astonishing
expressions. She has completely expressed the situation of a person fallen
in love, with Dance. You can see in first part, she is dancing like half
hearted, as her heart is somewher else. In the second part when she sees
her lover, then she is complete with her soul and body at a same place and
at a same time. and then look her dance! Amazing!!!!!

@2gautamc how beautiful is that, can you pls explain the individual lines?

This song is so sweet and you get addicted and you will become diabetic

MyKaempfer on Tuesday, February 21, 2012
@kaoncond --- Shankar Jaikishan were the first trend setters of Indian film
music. However, R.D. Burman was the second one. R.D. Burman was no doubt, a
good and successful follower of Shankar Jaikishan.

Dear Talaikya1, Thanks for uploading a beautiful video. I am
Vyijayanthimala's ardent fan. She is a perfect woman. Her postures are
perfect. Great balance of body ! In this film she put her heart but it was
commercial failure. The king played by Bipin Gupta and the queen is old
famous heroine of silent era - Sulochana ( Ruby Miers ). The Pradhan played
by Baburao Pendharkar. Although SJ is composer on screen, the entire music
composed by Shankar alone.

Vyjayanthimala was the idol of future stars like Asha Parekh and paved the
way for other south Indian actresses like Waheeda Rehman

Sukriti Gupta on Tuesday, August 28, 2012
who is the choreographer? I think Saroj Khan has borrowed her style of
choreography from these earlier masters. Needless to say Vyjyanthimala has
executed the choreography like the expert. Danseuse extraordinaire!!
