tushar tere on Monday, April 16, 2012 The fact that i remember my love whenever this song plays shows how romantic this number is ! Hats off to Rafi sahab. I just adore and admire him ! :)
Fehad Bilgrami on Sunday, June 03, 2012 There is something simple, sincere and quality about this song, you can actually remix it without any new tech stuff (just classical musical instruments), and this truely ever green song will 're-hit' the new generation each decade...superb song of the 60s...
asiaforlife86 on Sunday, July 08, 2012 In a few shots I swear Joy Mukherjee looked a little Japanese
Nithya Rao on Sunday, July 29, 2012 This song always gives me goose bumps. Tune, lyrics, acting!!! Everything...
akss09 on Monday, August 13, 2012 Well, the song by Lata ji is in a sad mood and sung at half note higher
with a faster tempo. The same song by Rafi ji is romantic, at a slower
tempo and sung at half note lower. So you are comparing apples to oranges.
Bola Akinade on Sunday, September 02, 2012 This song always gives me goose bumps too
dubbooman on Friday, September 07, 2012 accually there is no difference in the song same tempo and you are wrong
the version sung by rafi is at higher note, the tempo is the same ,the only
difference is in the singers version. the lyrics of the song were witten by
hasrat jaipuri and are actually inspired from the ghazal written by momin
khan momin , for which mirza ghalib is knowned to have said '' take my
entire diwan in exchange for this one ghazal. the ghazal by momin was ''
tum mere paas hote ho GOYA : JAB koi doosra nahi hota
dubbooman on Friday, September 07, 2012 hasrat jaipuri wrote the lyrics inspired by this very ghazal. omiting the
words GOYA and JAB from momins original verse. the remaining verses are all
completely based on sufi style of poetry. and there in lies the difference
. rafi was used to singing qawwalis, naats, and sufi kalaam which requires
higher notes than the normal song, and that is why one can clearly note the
difference in both versions. the ghazal's sufi touch is easily detected in
rafi's version
kapoorlalchand on Friday, October 05, 2012 Murdon ko bhi zinda karde yeh wo awaz hai. Long live Rafi Saheb, the God of Music.
Kazuma Yagami on Thursday, January 02, 2014 Great effort but lacks the"thadap"of Rafi 's voice.
M Ridza on Thursday, March 27, 2014 The good old melody..Sung by uncomparable Mohamed Rafie..
archana singh on Saturday, April 18, 2015 great sing lata ji ,beautiful singing ,same version rafi ji , ,rafi ji sing
,much better than lata ji ,little difference ,respect of both rafi ji and
lata ji ,but rafi ji version is good .
Mrpkv1006 .pkv on Sunday, May 24, 2015 SUPER CLASS COMPOSITION RAFI SAAB IS VERY SLIGHTLY IS BETTER THAN LATA
DIDI VERY THIN DIFFERENCE
SREEKUMARAN UNNI on Friday, July 31, 2015 o mere shah e khuban o mere jane janana tum mere paas hothe ho koy
dusra nahi hotha .kab khayalom ki dhoop dhalthi he.. har kadam par shama
si cdalthi he mere saya jither bhi jaatha he teri tasveer saath chalthi he
...
kiran datey on Thursday, August 27, 2015 Love both versions equally ... Although I find more "baarikiyaan",
variations and precision in Lata bai's version from a singer's perspective.
Thank you Ajay ji for this outstanding song with outstanding quality of
recording. However, I am wondering who wrote this beautiful song.
