Tollywood, Bollywood, Hollywood, or any other "wood" for that matter is an
entertainment industry... and people seek entertainment for time pass. If
Bollywood movies are time pass then it is doing what it is supposed to do.
Tollywood is also trying to do it but it is not doing a very good job out
of it.
