Gaurav Kumar on Sunday, February 13, 2011 Asha Bhosle shared a nice trivia about the song: While recording the song, she committed a mistake when she began her entrance after the 2nd stanza before Kishore's lines were to get over. Kishore gestured her to continue and they finished the song. Asha was keen to re-do the song but Kishore assured that he'd take care of the flaw by putting his hand on the heroine's mouth during the shoot. It is seen at 2:19 in this video. O P Nayyar was a mastero indeed.

he was unique. I like Kishore, Lata, Rafi, Manna and Asha. All the other
four had a deeper background in classical music and could sing all kinds of
songs while the same couldn't be expected of Kishore. He sure was brilliant
in light non-classical songs including sad numbers, but not with all kinds
