thank you for posting this rare gem. Helen is so pretty here.

tyagnesh on Friday, October 30, 2009
It is a very nice song sung by Mukesh. Helen looks as good as the words describing her. Raga based song is so good to hear. That shows that the science behind the perfected the sound creation. Compare this song with non-raga based songs of now. Raga based songs are timeless wonders. Indian ragas are truly given to us by great Rushis, Gandharvas, Kinners and Devas.

Good to find listeners like you with some kowledge and substance in the
music/tunes/songs.Today's world (music too) is totally
ARTIFICIAL... The sythesizer can never never take place of REAL LIVE
ORCHESTRA and musicians just as the song without ragas/base is body without
soul..

why today's music is not better than yesterday.since everything goes
better in all respect except culture .

Rmehtacpa on Sunday, August 18, 2013
And that is the key "CULTURE", as you yourself mentioned. When culture is
gone, same would be the fate of it's music and all the arts which in fact
born and flourish with ingredients and nurishment of THE culture. Hope you
brains enough to get this.
