WiseBlackheart on Sunday, November 06, 2011 Rainy season is always romantic
Apvatar3000 on Wednesday, November 09, 2011 Seems to me ..those developments in those days were on the right
track..then bang! what happened? the "indian leaders" started looting and
stealing..losing nation's development vision for the future; how sad,it
will take 200 plus new cities to be built to recapture that past vision
again!
TheSugarplum770 on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 I miss this old Bombay :(
Prince Charm on Friday, November 18, 2011 wow! What ever happen to that 70's Bombay...not Mumbai...I love those days
of Bombay when I was kid in last 80's...but 70's Bombay in this song looks
more green and more beautiful...paradise lost honestly...
K Srinivasan on Monday, November 21, 2011 the beauty here is the simplicity- also note how easy it is for big stars
to walk around Mumbai-
K Srinivasan on Friday, December 02, 2011 @tsx104ever oh, i did not know that-the set looks very real- are you sure
it was a set?
MrShahzada7 on Friday, December 02, 2011 no comments on this song bcoz its amazed me
HospitalCorners on Monday, December 12, 2011 This song has become eternal. That wave, the rain kissed tree tops, the
rain drenched streets has power to evoke a kind of deep nostalgia in me for
things and days gone by. How simple and pure life was back then. I came
across this song in 2008 and ever since then i have come back to enjoy it
time and time again. The music: how well it carries the rain on its
strains. I am sure I will never get over this song as long as i live with a
sane mind.
rohit rajgarhia on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 Seeing this video, one understands the romance associated with mumbai
monsoons...whattasong.. i wish i was born in that decade.. :)
Santhosh Swamy on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 Rohit jee Time machine never permits that
kalyantr7 on Thursday, December 22, 2011 Lata version of this song is better than Kishore.
MyKaempfer on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 @ kalyantr7---- I agree; the Lata version is definitely much better and
more romantic.
sushilsam on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 @kalyantr7, MyKaempfer
Only the picturisation is better, if we just consider the audio i feel most will disagree, the trance like effect that one feels on listening to the kishore version is absent here, this feels more like a happy/jolly song , the voice track is even with very little modulation and hence does not stir up the "emotionally lost in the song effect" that drowns you in the song like in kishore's version (anyone who likes kishore would understand what i mean here, its his usp)
drivesafely100 on Friday, January 13, 2012 Lovely song, good to hear even after 32 years. wonderful. But Maushmi
Chatterjee walks without slippers in most of the scenes but Amitabh wears
shoes all along. Most of the movie songs have this !

14tomshaw on Monday, January 23, 2012 @sushilsam agree - kishore's version is in a class by itself
14tomshaw on Monday, January 23, 2012 @drivesafely100 yeah - budget I guess! and heroes had higher allocations
than the 'poor' heroiens?
TheHarrypotterforeve on Thursday, February 09, 2012 I like this version more than kishorkumar's version.

sappho01 on Monday, April 02, 2012 Yes, but you need a nice friend, at least, to do that. But sometimes one
can feel happy for no particular reason.
sappho01 on Monday, April 02, 2012 Bombay was the first metropolis of post-Independence India. It was Calcutta
before thatt. But I remember visiting Bombay during the 80s and my dad was
quiet surprised to see huge crowds waiting to cross the street who would be
facilitated by a traffic cop. It was unheard of those days in delhi, the
roads used to be so empty, green and a dream to drive on.
NishaKapoor on Wednesday, April 04, 2012 Their jodi looks terrible! Amitabh is way too tall for her and she is way
too short for him!
