I am not sure about your Hindi but if you look at the names of days, We call Saturday "Shanivaar". Shanivaar can be translated as Saturn's Day, Saturday. Ravivaar, Ravi means sun, that comes to Sunday. Monday we call it somvaar. Som means moon Vaar is obviously Day. Meaning Monday. other names follow as well that means something in other european languages.

This is what hoshiyari means here. Hoshiyar,alert,attention or in hindi SAVDHAN. He accepts his NAIVITY in this song but taunts the pretender NUTAN.
