princessvampire245 on Sunday, April 25, 2010 She is best in world!!!¡¡¡
Raja Ganapathy on Thursday, April 29, 2010 this Umrao Jaan (Aishwarya Rai) version is so insipid in comparaison to the
Rekha version...no wonder it flopped in the box office
fatimawaheeda on Saturday, May 01, 2010 Umrao Jaan Of Ashwarya is horrible remake of old wonderful film Umraoo Jaann..
Ashwarya spoiled the beauty of the role ..even songs, dance , melody , nothng was good.

Imran Khan on Monday, May 24, 2010 At 1:30 in this clip is there Shabana Azmi is ?
Mo00nlight on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 She looks nice but the best Umrao Jan was Rekha.
Sabrina on Sunday, May 30, 2010 @tropicalblend4u She only had a nose job. When you look at people like
Haifa Wehbe of lebanon she is ALL PLASTIC. People are just jealous of her.
dana chinta on Monday, May 31, 2010 i like this version ,is much better that the old.

carmendlhh on Saturday, June 05, 2010 since i was kid I loved it this dance also hindian culture... they are unique!
buyaayub on Saturday, June 05, 2010 no grace . might as well been a puppet . so soulless
buyaayub on Saturday, June 05, 2010 @chintza u are kidding me . this is such a soul less performance . so fake . terrible actress . no grace .
buyaayub on Saturday, June 05, 2010 @Mo00nlight totaaly agree. no comparison . ash is so manufactured .
Mo00nlight on Saturday, June 05, 2010 @buyaayub yes there is no comparison with old version and no one can play
this role better than Rekha as she seemed real in this role and didn't
seemed to be doing acting. Rekha had a saddness on her face which lacks in
Aish's character. Rekha's dances were more elegant and her manners in the
movie seemed more real and close to that era.
afialia on Sunday, June 06, 2010 aisho u r great. great song, great music and great dance too
zoozoobugz on Wednesday, June 09, 2010 aish is a good dancer but she lacks the passion and style that the older style actresses had...they could use very subtle expressions but evoke so much emotion. aish smiles too much and is more technical, she is remembering her steps but not feeling the song.
but as a current actress she is a good dancer compared to many new actresses. I liked her in Taal and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanaam
Namrata7495909697 on Wednesday, June 09, 2010 Honestly, I think they need to stop remaking these classic movies, They
ruined the original with Rehka
Kuro Absinthe on Saturday, June 19, 2010 @DrunkenPiano yes yes i prefer her with traditional clothing! so beautiful!
Nashaliya on Friday, June 25, 2010 I'm sorry but does anyone know what's the name of a song where there's someone (not sure if it's Aishwarya it's been 4 years since I have seen it) singing and it's raining yet she is hold a candle, protecting it from going out. symbol of her love...during the whole movie, she doesnt let anybody to put
it out...cuz its for her lover that she is nto with :P

sydmmr on Sunday, July 11, 2010 aishwarya acts so well!!!!! my personal opinion is that she is the best actress and the most beautiful in the industry.
Pretoriafly on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 (con't)
We'd say all of these things then
Whether it be love like Laila and Majnu
Or the passion of Shireen and Farhaad
If you step out of line in the slightest
I will add my name amongst theirs
Pretoriafly on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 English translation--
Salute
So many times to this heart I tried to explain
But my heart brought me to this place anyway
Salute, salute
That we have come into your company
Let's do this job as well then
I aspire to meet you
Look over here and we will become acquainted
This heart has come attached to you
That you are such a gentleman
Whoever we turn and look at, They become our slaves
You have so many things to say, I have so many things to say
If I ever were to meet you alone
...
Lale Gul on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 o my goddddddd beautifullllllllllllll everything!:D
WseaK on Saturday, July 17, 2010 The costume's are just gorgeous! I would love to be able to wear something
so traditional.
brainybabe12 on Monday, July 26, 2010 Ok maybe everyone doesn't think aishwarya is the most beautful women ever.
But in this song (this whole movie really) she looks soo gorgeous!! I mean
0:37-0:43...jaw-dropping beauty!!!!
1atiflover on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 @101ruma i know rite dont hate.. every girl have there on beaut in them.
marinacrazy83 on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 hei am also xian and catholic
duma2lupin on Friday, July 30, 2010 I love that look at 2:55-2:56 real fierce
DaS1nn3r on Saturday, July 31, 2010 nice song ...
sklewafe on Friday, August 06, 2010 makes a second class Umrao, despite the fact that she's much better looking than Rekha, but still...
ugh she kinda ruined this whole story for me, now everytime I blink and think "Umrao Jaan" I can't help but get a glimpse of her trying to pull off the part, and FAIL
Rekha is unmatched in many ways
Jackooznur on Friday, August 06, 2010 Ashvaria ray is one of the beatyfull woman that i´v seen. If you know an
other one pleace tell.. Love that song so much..<3
khalidm102 on Saturday, August 07, 2010 I hardly watch movies but have always liked the original Umrao Jaan so went
to see this movie when it was released thinking with all the new
technological advancement it would be great. I am afraid to say apart from
the role played by Shabana Azmi I was very disappointed. The original is
still way better than this, Rekha did justification to this role than
Ashwariya. Well beauty isn't always right for some roles i geuss.
euch27 on Saturday, August 07, 2010 this looks a lot look Michael Jackson's "Remember the Time"
euch27 on Saturday, August 07, 2010 @101ruma good point..the people who hate are the ones too scared themselves to try something different that everybody might not approve of. As for people that are not born with "beauty", I understand that no one in the world has any control of how they're born...it's anybody's chose and preference to the way they would like to look...
