Comments for song "Teri Bindiyaa Re, Aaye Haaye Teri Bindiyaa Re"
Bharat Desai on Friday, June 05, 2009 Best thing about this song is that this the best Rafi-Lata combination
after they resumed singing together. SDB had always best songs for them
earlier.Thanks.

BURAMAN ji!!!!n the singers!! wonderful movie!!
shushanto on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 Jaya looks so beautiful here. No wonder Amitabh wanted to marry her. It's good that they are still together, midst all the actors/actresses who get divorced.
033789 on Sunday, June 28, 2009 It means he was 'kissing' her. Obviously he couldn't do that in public, so this was a kind of their 'sign language' and hence Jaya's reaction ! ! Please watch the film. It's awesome. Believe me, you are in for a treat. Enjoy !

hash150 on Sunday, August 23, 2009 actually i watched it when I was a kid, looks like I made up my own memory.
I apologise profusely. I was wrong. 033789 is right! how embarrassing:p I
just watched the film again:D, thanku!
hash150 on Sunday, August 23, 2009 No, it is I who should say thanks for correcting me and causing me to see
the wonderful movie again! my apologies again.
hash150 on Monday, August 24, 2009 Hi, I want to apologise for shrugging off one of your replies. You are
absolutely right, indeed the gesture of Subir Kumar(AB) as he touched his
finger on his lower lip, meant a symbolic kiss to Uma(Jaya Bhaduri). My
mistake(I had seen the movie as a kid, I just watched it again!).
rachaelrcks on Thursday, September 10, 2009 one of a kind music.MR..rockz...his legacy lives on...

Dev and Radhika from Choti Bahu =]
aan508 on Sunday, October 11, 2009 Amitabh Rafi 2 legends. But Jaya has beaten all in terms of her demeanour.
androc75 on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 Beautiful song. I had to lower the volume when Lata sang her part and crank
it up again when Rafi Saab continued. Lata is a great singler, but her high
pitch did not suit the song.
rprrpr1516 on Friday, October 16, 2009 Great movie, great song, great composition!
LawBreaker24 on Friday, October 30, 2009 this song was picturized 2 days after their wedding

RoseLeonardoDawson on Thursday, November 12, 2009 ...*inhale*.. WOW!! ...*exhale*..
AWESOME!!! This is what happens when the four legends Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bhaduri, Lata Mangeshkar n Mohd. Rafi get together..
Fantabulous!!
Sanjeev Sharma on Sunday, November 15, 2009 wow, wonderful,,,superb tune SDB.grt we miss music these days...RD . AR kids
when we listen to this...lata and rafi superb ,, AB and jaya acted well
without moving too much,,,well shot well written..ten on ten..
iseeking on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 And most actresses don't care to even raise their heads just a bit to match the pitch. It is near impossible to sing in Lata's high pitch without raising the head. If one does, that will not make much for good acting. Yet, someone as great as Hishikesh Mukherji does not take note of. Strange.
androc75 on Friday, November 20, 2009 That's a very good point. Very good indeed. I don't think most directors
would have thought about it. That said, I think Lata was empress when she
sang songs that suited her low pitch - like Bhaiyaan na daro, Manmohana,
mohe panghat pe, etc. It's only when her pitch reached operatic heights, it
hurt my ears. I don't know if anyone else feels this way. Undoubtedly, she
would have been one f the greats had she been trained as a sporano.
AksheeShadow on Wednesday, December 02, 2009 In some songs I would agree but in this song the song's pitch isn't high
but her voice is high pitched. So the point is if someone else would sing
it would go high pitched but as it is lata it sounds high pitched. I sing
this song and I dont have to raise my head as the song doesnt go high pitch
generally :)
iseeking on Wednesday, December 02, 2009 Lata's natural voice (e.g. when she is giving an interview) is not that high, it is about the same or sightly higher than that of a "normal" female voice. Rumour has it that she fell out with many music composers simply because they insisted that she should lower her pitch. I have rarely seen an actress "act out" the pitch of a song, nor do we seem to care.
iseeking on Wednesday, December 02, 2009 I was present at one of Lata's live sessions. She first started out at an average pitch, that was her real voice, but within seconds she raised her pitch as high as she could
326BZ on Saturday, December 05, 2009 What a classic movie. Almost all songs were hit. I remember seeing this
movie in Dubai way back in early 1974.
