Ranasbg on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 Joshi Sb, Everytime I listen to this song I start crying because it reflects my own life I rate this song as top most song by Kishore Kumar, helplessness and emptiness of Prikshat Sahni's son (I dont know his name)is so natural and emotional that one can feel it, especially at the last shot when he sings aaj say juda ho gayan rahin apni and the two trains going in opposite directions vow, brillant work.
znkp on Wednesday, April 02, 2008 This is Parikshat Sahni, Balraj Sahni's son.

Curiousquest2 on Thursday, August 28, 2008 Dear Skakydaniel thanks for your kind respond, and the remarks that you used to sing the beautiful song when you broke with your girl/boy in your life, but i will tell you that "it is better have been in love in life then never ever being in love."
Curiousquest2 on Saturday, August 30, 2008 The beautiful song and our best compliments from Vancouver(canada)to the one who posted this song
kishore5 on Friday, September 12, 2008 Kishore had always had variable voices thats what made him the top notch playback singer.
Curiousquest2 on Saturday, September 20, 2008 I personally think that some should do not give his/her life for someone whom you have loved in the life ,there is someone who is better in life ,and moreover whatever happen has happened for the good reson, so carry on with your life , instead of bowing down to who does not love you in life ,even if he/she love you after bowing down it will not like before when you first met him/her.
Thanks best advise from Vancouver(canada)

sam14450 on Monday, December 01, 2008 This song from movie Pavitar Paapi based on Novel with same name very
famous Punjabi author Nanak Singh. I saw this movie with my class mates
about 38 years back, we were two/three boys rest were girls. I never ever
seen so much crying we all were crying non stop, but the girls about 15 of
them were just uncontrollable. It is very painful movie to watch, it has
very very sad ending. I still remember some of the girls had red eyes next
day from crying. Lot of memories. Thanks from Canada. Sam

her own right.

Gothica247 on Monday, January 05, 2009 Thanks my friend, this film and song bugged me why I kept latching on to it. My Mother read novels of Nanak Singh, pray I find the film and show it to her, if not, by default watch this on Youtube with her? TY, Peace.
sam14450 on Monday, January 05, 2009 Dear Gothica247: I am sure you will find this movie in the U.K. I will
definitely ask around if I get it in the near future I will definitely send
it to you or at least send the source where to get it. I wish I had this
movie to send it to you so that you and your loved ones (mom) could have
watched together. However it is very sad movie, like recent Pinjar but
sometimes it is very nice to shed some tears and get it out of the system.
with best regards sam
sam14450 on Monday, January 05, 2009 Dear Gothica 247: as you know or may know the writer was Punjabi and this
movie had lot of punjabi influence. The history, culture and geography of
the area made it center of many good things and not so good things. Due to
constant threat of war for thousands of years, punjabi people in general
are very emotional they show happiness and sorrow extremely well as they
say "wear heart on the sleeve". Anyway these are some of my own personal
thoughts. Sam
DESIJATYAMLA on Sunday, January 18, 2009 Very Beautiful song -
sam14450 on Monday, January 19, 2009 Annie: "the father of the atomic bomb". Oppenheimer famously recalled the
Bhagavad Gita: "If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once
into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the mighty one." and "Now
I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds." In 1933 he learned Sanskrit
and met the indologist Arthur W. Ryder at Berkeley. He read the Bhagavad
Gita in the original language. Later he cited it as one of the most
influential books to shape his philosophy of life.
