Lyrics of Nuktacheen Hai Gham-E-Dil Usko Sunaye Na Bane - नुक्ताचीं है ग़म-ए-दिल उसको सुनाये ना बने
nuktaachi hai, gam-e-dil usako sunaaye na bane
usako sunaaye na bane
kyaa bane baat jahaan baat banaaye na bane
nuktaachi hai, gam-e-dil
gair phirataa hai liye yun tere khat ko ke agar
ko_i puchhe ke ye kyaa hai to chhupaaye na bane
nuktaachi hai, gam-e-dil
mai bulaataa to hun usako magar ai jazbaa-e-dil
us pe ban jaaye kuchh aisi ki bin aaye na bane
us pe ban jaaye kuchh aisi ki bin aaye na bane
nuktaachi hai, gam-e-dil
ishq par zor nahi hai ye vo aatish gaalib
ishq par zor nahi hai ye vo aatish gaalib
ki lagaaye na lage aur bujhaaye na bane
nuktaachi hai, gam-e-dil usako sunaaye na bane

RealMusicKing on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 Hello Yuan and thank you. What a voice Suraiyya had?? Lovely. Too bad she got swept under the rug. All songs of Mirza Ghalib were excellent. All were Ghazals by Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib except two which were penned by Shakeel Badayuni. One was a Qawwali by Rafi & Chorus and the other was a song sung by Sudha Malhotra who used to be song writer Sahir Ludhianvi's girlfriend for quite some time.

Kay Cee on Friday, March 12, 2010 Grace and dignity, charm and ada, thy name is Suraya! Unmatched performance
till date; no one can replace her from the high pedestal she climbed to,
much ahead of her time. Feelings and ethos she could impart in this
rendition is flawless: pitch of her voice blending so smoothly with an
excellent background music and lyrics by Ghalib, what a combo really! You
always want to hear it one more time even before the current form is yet to
finish! Very very lovely clip, so much appreciated. Thanks.
