Very beautiful song. No one would believe that this song is composed by
LP. But there are some unmistakable signs of LP at some points. Otherwise
this looks like the work of Khayyam. The vilambit ( at least for a filmi
song ) is so different from usual LP. Another song by LP " Salamat Raho" is
so similar to this song and that song too is by the same duo LP and sing by
Rafi. Rafi sings marvelously. Thanks dilij1.

The beauty of this song is undescribable through words. It has to be felt
through mind and heart. Indian soil is really blessed to have produced such
gems; the all round degradation prevailing in the country today
notwithstanding, it can be termed just an aberration in the centuries old
grand and cultured history of our land. The lyrics in the first few lines
of the song coincide with the name of the actress.

there r no words2 explain the versatility of mohd rafi sahib. some people
hv been bestowed with special blessings of god n their voice remains the
voice for billions for centuries 2 come. there is abode of maa saraswati in
the vocal cards of rafi.what a beautiful song n its composition &

LP...listen to Sj tune, Roshan, Madan Mohan, Khayyam, Naushad, SD & RD
Burman, Chitragupt, Salil Choudry & many other those who we do not
remember...they have all composed immemorial compositions for Rafi
sahab...least we may forget the lyrics.
