from movie Gaman directed by Mr Muzaffar Ali and this Ghazal is penned by
Mr Sharyar. Sharyar saheb lives in city of Aligarh ... not very far from my
house ... he had written this ghazal in the back drop of a communal riot
... people say that it is as if he has commented on those happenings in
this ghazal ...

from Tere ghar ke samne. Probably Jaidev might have composed "Dekho rutha
na karo" as an assistant to immortal SD.
