Lyrics of Deewane Na Ja Re - दीवाने ना जा रे
kehti hai tujhse shokh haseena kehti hai tujhse shokh haseena
masti ka aalam thanda mahina zulfo ke badal ankho ki mina
pyar milega aisa kahi na haye haye diwane na ja re
diwane na ja re diwane na ja diwane na ja re diwane na ja re
diwane na ja
mai mastani bago ki rani jiwan ko mehkau chhod de vo to
jam ka pina naino se jisko pilau bijli kya hai mera ishara
jab cahhu chamkau meri hasi pe kitna jadu theher
zara diklau theher zara dikhlau diwane diwane na ja re
diwane na ja re diwane na ja na ja re na ja
diwane diwane na ja re diwane na ja re diwane na ja
teri khatir ankho me kajra hatho
memehndi rachai mathe pe chamkili
bindiya odh chunariya aai jeet le jo bhi dil ko
mere le jaye sari khudai pyar ki moj me behti jau tham
le merei kalai tham le meri kalai
diwane diwane na ja re diwane na ja re diwane na ja
diwane diwane na ja re diwane na ja re diwane na ja
Comments for lyrics of song "Deewane Na Ja Re"
Dee Thakore on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 Harish ji, You have make a very interesting analogy ... indeed the tune is
"jis desh" Why Malik said this was Asha song? (1) May be he had thought of
giving this song to her. (2) may be Asha didn't want to copy Lata/or sound
like her. (3) may be Asha prefered Helen over Madhumati :) (4) may be Malik
thought lets have poorman Lata to copy that song. one thing for sure... I
am listening first time. thanks for sharing lovely song.
amrutvani2 on Saturday, April 23, 2011 @derubala Madam shekha gupta our encyclopedia man says this song resembles
Shailendra's "Kateele-Kateele Nasheele-Nasheele Kaise Jhon.ke Aaye" by
Suman Kalyanpur on Meena Kumari under Dattaram's baton in Zindagi Aur
Khwaab (1961). The Zindagi Aur Khwaab number, however, is faster.
nandu1f on Monday, May 09, 2011 Harish ji.For my ears, both strains are present. " Hai hai maine pyar
Kiya" (Jis Desh) and "kateli kateli nashilee nashilee (Zindagi aur Khwab).
The tempo is more like the latter's. Suman Kalyanpur definitely.
Dee Thakore on Saturday, April 23, 2011 @amrutvani2 of course Dattaram assisted SJ team...so naturally some of his
tune has the essence of SJ. With great respect to Sheka Gupta, I will stay
firm with "Jish desh" song more similar than "Z aur K".
amrutvani2 on Thursday, April 21, 2011 @derubala Oh no no madam . Malik was very old when this question was asked
to him. Also he had Parkinson's disease and he could not recollect the song.
