No matter Asha's voice is best but Googoosh is considered as Lata of Iran. So u can't really compare the two singers. Googoosh is a legend of Iran.

It's quite clear that the Indian version is much better than the Googoosh
version... Mrs. Googoosh has to take another 7 births to achieve the
quality of the voice of Asha Bhosle...

Actually..this song was sung by Iranian singer Googosh, but it was composed and arranged by the late Afghan composer Ustaad Zalaan and Googoosh recorded the song in Kabul, Afghanistan.
