forties. Afterwards Cuckoo got promenience in late forties to fifties. By
side there was Roop Mala. In mid fifties Helen and Meenu Mumtaz appeared in
arena. Helen dominated throughout late fifties to early seventies. In mid
sixties there were two sisters Meena T and Jaishree T performed
brilliantly. Then Bindu challenged Helen in her superb performance in Kati
Patang. Vyjantimala was a superb dancer in leading role

numbers in
the 60's.and of course, waheeda rahman .who did unparalelled
renditions in many films.

Reincarnation on Friday, June 26, 2015 is the first word in this song's lyrics 'bhar' or 'dhar' ...? either can
work but 'ghar', doesn't fit
i think...any opinions on this?

a 'mujra' could be so elegant and graceful,could convey the deep,subtle
emotions through words and metaphors,that have a literary shade of wit and
humour. Obviously,what makes it possible is an aggregate contribution by a
team of accomplished artists:Like here,what contributed to the beauty of
their performance is the great composition by Roshan and melodious singing
by Asha and Usha!! Thanks Arshia for this rare marvel!
