Lyrics of Hallelujah - हल्लेलुजा
halleluja, ??
jhoola kinne daara re amariya
jhoola kinne daara re amariya
your faith was strong but you needed proof
you saw her bathing on the roof
her beauty in the moonlight overthrew you
she tied you to a kitchen chair
she broke your throne, and she cut your hair
and from your lips she drew the hallelujah
hallelua hallelua hallelua
jhoola kinne daara re amariya
jhoola kinne daara re amariya
jhoole mora saiyan lun main balaiya
jhoole mora saiyan lun main balaiya..
dar mohe laage jiya mora larje
dar mohe laage jiya mora larje
haule haule jhoolna jhoolave more saiya re amaraiya
this is the world that i live in
these are the hands that i've been given
these are the sounds of forgiving
this is the place that i've been sitting
this is the rain i'm standing under
all the lightning and the thunder
these are the lives that are blown assunder
but i remain in wonder
halleluja halleluja
jhoola, jhoola jhoola, jhoola
this is the world that i live in
these are the hands that i've been given
these are the sounds of forgiving
this is the place that i've been sitting
this is the rain i'm standing under
all the lightning and the thunder
Comments for lyrics of song "Hallelujah"
Sooraj Prasad on Tuesday, October 08, 2013 Had he not mentioned Warren's Ode to Sunny Day in the description andyou
posted the same,I'd go with you. If people like this song it is possibly
because ofhow the lyrics and music have combined to give this output. The
'Jhoolas' and 'Hallelujahs' are probably what have made this song a hit! If
you like 'Ode to Sunny Day' better, feel free to express it, but not
criticize those who like this better. Well, to me I just think you are one
big Show Off who claims to know more about music than others
AndhVaas on Sunday, April 21, 2013 The thing is this -in arts, there is no judge or an authority to decide
what is right and what is wrong. In fact there is nothing right, nothing
wrong. It all comes down to what the artist (or in this case the arranger)
feels and his notion of what the song should be. Some of coke studio work
is amazing, Whereas their other work might not sound that amazing. And that
is it. The point you are raising is universally valid.
Amrit Das on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 Epic! One of the best versions of this song around... seamless travel
between two songs, never seemed two different ... and Shilpas Jhoola is abs
fine, its just that we are so used to traditional 135 harmonies that it
might throw you off when coming from hallelujah to Jhoolah , but its abs
fine and that's why its good composition :-).. this episode is so good to
hear after the utterly let down one from EL. ... .
wiggle219219 on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 lol, you're right that shes not off. but not about the sharp note thing.
but a sharp note dusnt always necessary feel off. infact, most of the notes
shes singing might be sharp notes. what she dus there is shes singing a
note off the scale. shes adding a chromatic touch. any note out of the
corresponding scale feels off. it myt be sharp, myt not be sharp, myt just
be a natural note.
Amogha Dalvi on Saturday, December 08, 2012 I call myself a novice. All I know is when i like music, I like it. And
this, I really like. :) Thank you Karsh Kale. For everyone who is
criticizing their beautiful attempt and success, please dont be so
negative. Music is the only thing that binds us so refrain from drawing
your straight lines across such beautiful creations, please respect art in
whatever form it is. :)
