Lyrics of Kya Mil Gaya, Haye Kya Kho Gaya - क्या मिल गया हाय क्या खो गया
kya mil gaya haye kya kho gaya, mujhe mere balam ye kya ho gaya
hum kho gaye aji tum kho gaye, mohabbat ki raho me dil kho gaya
kya mil gaya haye kya kho gaya, mujhe mere balam ye kya ho gaya
hum kho gaye aji tum kho gaye, mohabbat ki raho me dil kho gaya
ye khusiyo ke pyale chalkte chalenge
hawao ke aanchal mahkate chalenge
are naye raste khud-ba-khud khul chalenge
jidhar se bhi hum-tum bahkte chalenge ho bahkte chalenge
kya mil gaya haye kya kho gaya, mujhe mere balam ye kya ho gaya
hum kho gaye aji tum kho gaye, mohabbat ki raho me dil kho gaya
jaha se safar ye suru ho raha hai
naye ek jamane ki wo ibtia hai
kahi hamko bhi tum bhula to na doge
dhadkata hua dil mera puchta hai ho dil mera puchta hai
hum kho gaye aji tum kho gaye, mohabbat ki raho me dil kho gaya
kya mil gaya haye kya kho gaya, mujhe mere balam ye kya ho gaya
har ek bat atito me dhalne lagi hai
har ek arzu phir machalne lagi hai
ho tum apni in ankho ka jadu to dekho
ke dunia hi meri badlane lagi hai o badlne lagi hai
kya mil gaya haye kya kho gaya, mujhe mere balam ye kya ho gaya
hum kho gaye aji tum kho gaye, mohabbat ki raho me dil kho gaya

V. Siddhartha on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 In rough translation, the first few lines are: Woman: What have I found?
What have I lost? O, my beloved what has happened? Man: I am lost, you are
lost Our hearts have lost their way on the path of love W:These cups of joy
will remain effervescent The embrace of these breezes will remain fragrant
M:New paths for us will open up by themselves Whichever way you and I
happen to wander into, intoxicated[ with love]. (The rest, too, is all
romantic expression but in different words).

MOVIES!!

THANKS FOR THE POSTING.
V. Siddhartha on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 A song dripping with sweet romance , but clean as a fresh mountain stream.
Not even a remote trace of vulgarity in the scene. Though it is typical
Bollywood masala in conception, it is the overall cleanliness of
presentation that makes old Bombay cinema precious to many old-timers like
me.
