the end of the song Amin Sayani in his great voice had said "..Film Poonm
Ki Raat ka ye geet do hisso main hai, agar agle hapte bhi ye geet Binaca
Geetmala main raha, to dusra hissa sunvaoongaa." That was some 50 years
ago, on one fine summer evening I was sitting with my transistor in hands
on the bench sitting on a bench under the tree of Jambu fruit in the huge
yard of our home. And every time I listen to this tune Amin Sayani's voice
too inevitably rings in at the end dragging me back to those days.
