kaliyuta on Thursday, March 18, 2010 Omg no offense it just is there any body who's posting that's indian?I've
seen this movie many times. What's really amazing about these movies is that
i can see them tons of times and get something different each time i watch.
kaliyuta on Monday, March 22, 2010 @syamdean69 what?
kaliyuta on Monday, March 22, 2010 @lemae7 I'm not sure why there are 9+ signs in front of this comment.trust
me ur indian friends laugh at you and you don't even know it.please let
them have thier culture.Don't try to mimic or imitate that is very
offensive. If you don't know the language than more than likely ur saying
85% out of the 90% completely wrong.Learn a new hobbie.A culture of ppl
cannot be imitated.Or mimicked.I know lots of ppl are thinking this i'm the
only one who said it.
lemae7 on Monday, March 22, 2010 @kaliyuta i dont try to imitate or mimic for the sake of mockery. i
genuinely do like the culture & im not trying to take it away from anyone.
& yeah, i probably do say it all wrong. however, im sure there are people
from india that try to sing english pop songs, & i dont see it as them
stealing "my culture". even suggesting that enjoying and attempting to sing
a song in another language is like stealing a culture is quite extreme. its
me trying to sing a song i enjoy, english or not. chill out.
lemae7 on Monday, March 22, 2010 by the way, making assumptions about a total stranger and then proceeding
to lecture and rant via youtube comment, of all things, is not the best way
to attack cultural awareness or lack there of.
pdaervo on Wednesday, May 05, 2010 One of the best Indian movies ever made. If not THE best.
mishu125 on Thursday, May 13, 2010 amir is a perfectionist...nobody in bollywood.and yes i min nobody (especially the ashole sharukh) can compare parallel to the level of movies amir makes.

the movie was shown twice back when I was in high school
metallicrebel on Saturday, December 25, 2010 As much as I enjoyed Rahman's work on Slumdog, I much prefer this type of music from him and it would have been nice if he was nominated for an Oscar for his work here. Nevertheless, Slumdog open Hollywood's eyes to Rahman when all this time he's one of the world's best known composers. It really goes to show you how insular Hollywood can be.

Ameiaru on Tuesday, March 01, 2011 @Aviator1510 isnt it kinda obvious that they're farmers and that they had a
drought? rain = food = survival.
missartist123 on Wednesday, March 02, 2011 @Aviator1510 it only rains at one time during the year there and even then
sometimes it doesnt at all in that area of India.
Gurleen29 on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 @Aviator1510 well they rarely get rain, so yeah..watch the movie, it's
great :D
