Comments for song "Ave Maria Gracia Plena"
Rustina61 on Monday, April 04, 2011 What makes this music so beautiful is the fact that the only instrument you hear is the piano playing softly in the background. This allows the singer to shine.
ForeverTelAviv1 on Monday, April 04, 2011 wow wow wow !! im jewish and i haeard this song and all my body shake...

tantawi1992 on Monday, April 04, 2011 @17bdawg The words are differen kind man, but the same title and concept of the original prayer. Ave Maria is a latin prayer, adpated into music by european composers and became a significant part of Christian culture.
I am glad that you acknowledge it for what it is, for some people attempt to de-catholicize what is eternally catholic.
Wish the best for you and your life. God bless
Jamellange on Monday, April 04, 2011 @yaffina I wish everyone in this world was as open mindend as you are! I personaly don't believe in any allmighty individual, but I do believe that if we respect eachother and eachothers believes, this world would be a much better place.
Peace from Holland.

bonjie2011 on Tuesday, April 05, 2011 who or whatever YOU are - so sorry. YOU just have to be real and music like this totally eliminates my doubts.
Cephalopopo on Tuesday, April 05, 2011 Yeah, das ist die wunderschöne Seite der christlichen Kultur, genau wie die Nonnen-Chöre, die man in Betlehem hören kann, wenn man in die Geburtskapelle geht.
stewynoodles on Tuesday, April 05, 2011 @illusion513 ik how u feel this was my grandmas favorite song too, they played it at her funeral and its soo hard
TheBachdog on Wednesday, April 06, 2011 Bless all people, and the non-religious too. Don't blame them if they think religious material sounds like "stories" or myths and thankfully can't ignore the glaring contradictions. You can't choose to believe in a particular description of the creator. You can't choose to believe. So STFU religious people who were socialized into their religious clique, band or cut

lightening16 on Thursday, April 07, 2011 @yaffina Yaffina...what beautiful things you say. We are all children of God, no matter what name you give to the Higher Power. We are all mostly born into our religions, so how can one be better or more holy than another? I think that the basis of faith is to treat each other well on earth and live a good life. We should embrace our differences ...and pray for peace on earth..but I fear that will never happen in our lifetime.
davidSBG on Thursday, April 07, 2011 barbara bonney! check her out on facebook!
boltonwandererskings on Thursday, April 07, 2011 @lightening16 Jesus has shown us the way to live and it is only through HIm that we can find our way to God the Father of all. Music such as this helps demonstarte the love He has for all mankind - the love He showed when He sent Jesus, His Son, to die for the sins of the world. God bless you. Adrian J German
MegaHannerl on Thursday, April 07, 2011 thank you so much for posting this beautiful song, It always brings tears to my eyes.
cutiepa2te on Friday, April 08, 2011 @heelfan1234 I think it helps you to understand religion even if you don't believe it all the things it has to offer. :D

psychlova on Saturday, April 09, 2011 Whoever doesnt like this has NO taste in music.
TripBoomLikeThat on Saturday, April 09, 2011 @tlxndr64 Of course, the 1825 version of Hitman. Obviously violent video games destroys brain cells.
heelfan1234 on Saturday, April 09, 2011 @boltonwandererskings At what stage in your life did you find him and how?
tantawi1992 on Sunday, April 10, 2011 @jewelmarkess Ave Maria is a timeless masterpiece, it is a prayer yes, but no one "owns" beautiful masterpieces. Just like no one owns a beautiful mountain or the skies.
Some musical creations are so wondorous that it transcends all considerations of faith, race or ideology. Ave Maria is one of them. However there is some concern of people ignoring it for what it really is, a devotional piece to the Virgin Mary. A Catholic devotional piece to be specific.
otherwise, we agree on everything.
thecheezeyfritos on Sunday, April 10, 2011 Forget all the bickering about religion. It's good music!
Cythereaswetworld on Sunday, April 10, 2011 Thank you .a very beautiful rendition...I loved it...
hjaarmtes1977 on Sunday, April 10, 2011 @tantawi1992 . Cosign!
elleperfecto on Sunday, April 10, 2011 Beautiful, heartbreaking, true. It reminds me how blessed I am to be a Catholic, but not just any Catholic. A Catholic who gets to live in an amazing country(America) and gets to be free and happy to do as she likes today. Thank you Lord, I am not worthy, I know, You continue to love us despite our terrible choices. Thank you, Lord. I LOVE YOU.
EVEILLEUR14 on Sunday, April 10, 2011 Sarah Brightman sings better !! Her love voice is so pure !!
QuanChiKombat on Monday, April 11, 2011 @elleperfecto Too bad god doesn't exist.
JustOneMoreChild on Monday, April 11, 2011 Ellens Dritter Gesang is just as deep and soul-stirring as I remember...
This is a beautiful hymn sung by a maid in dire straits, it captures her essence; her quiet desperation, devotion, piety and hope all woven into a song that will wrench your heartstrings apart.
boltonwandererskings on Monday, April 11, 2011 @heelfan1234 Apologies for delayed response but I only tend to access this email address during office hours. I attended church from 1 week old and was on a Christian weekend with kids my own age and admitted I only went to church to sing in the choir. Less than 2 hours later I met Jesus and accepted Him as my Saviour. When I got home and walked in the front door and before I even said "Hello" my mum said "What's happened? You're different". Life has not been "easy" but easier with Him beside me
